AI Engineer

Location: New York City, NY (In-Person Interview mandatory) Overview We are seeking total 7+ years of IT experience and working as an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions within the Model Risk Management (MRM) function. This role focuses on applying machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance model governance, validation, monitoring, and regulatory compliance across the model lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/ML engineering skills with a solid understanding of model risk, regulatory expectations, and control frameworks in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to support MRM activities such as: Model validation and challenger models Performance monitoring and drift detection Documentation automation and quality assessment Build scalable, reusable AI components aligned with enterprise architecture and MRM standards. Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple internal systems (model artifacts, validation reports, logs, documentation). Develop robust data pipelines and feature engineering processes for MRM use cases. Ensure data quality, lineage, and traceability in compliance with risk and audit standards. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Hands-on experience with: Supervised and unsupervised ML models NLP and/or GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering) Model monitoring, drift detection, and performance metrics Experience with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, model versioning, deployment).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of Model Risk Management concepts , including: Validation and independent testing Model governance and controls Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
