Fine‑tune, prompt, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for task‑specific use cases (e.g., Design and deploy AI assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent search tools that improve user experience. Data & Reporting Systems Create and maintain data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel. Ensure data accuracy and visibility across teams and projects.

DevOps & Monitoring Deploy and manage AI models in production environments with continuous monitoring and performance tuning. Establish A/B testing and evaluation frameworks for AI‑driven features. Ensure cost optimization when running models and automations on cloud platforms.

Document workflows, integrations, and automations to ensure transparency, scalability, and easy maintenance. AI Engineer – Recruiting Focus Automate resume parsing, outreach sequences, and candidate communication. Create AI‑driven dashboards to track recruiting pipelines and hiring KPIs.

AI Engineer – Marketing Focus Develop automations for content repurposing, campaign optimization, and AI‑driven analytics. Automate SEO research, social scheduling, and reporting pipelines for faster execution. AI Engineer – Client Success Focus Design AI solutions to monitor outsourced professionals’ performance, activity, and engagement.

Build early‑warning systems that flag potential performance risks or disengagement. 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.Experience automating across tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs. ~ Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools). ~ We are growing fast and looking for AI Engineers to design, build, and optimize AI‑driven systems that keep businesses running smarter.
