Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Domain: Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced AI Architecture & Engineering Lead (Senior Manager) to join our rapidly growing Financial Services Technology Consulting practice.

This senior-level, client-facing role blends high-level AI strategy, solution architecture, pre-sales, and team leadership. You will partner with tier-1 financial institutions to design, pitch, and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI (autonomous multi-agent) solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Workshops: Lead executive-level workshops with financial services clients to assess AI readiness, identify high-value use cases, and design ethical AI adoption roadmaps.

AI Architecture & Design: Architect complex, production-ready AI systems, including multi-step autonomous agent workflows, Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, and vector database structures. Pre-Sales & Commercial Growth: Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert during the sales cycle, supporting proposals, scoping client projects, and estimating development costs. Technical Governance & Ethics: Define technical QA standards, MLOps workflows, and compliance frameworks aligned with global regulations and the EU AI Act.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high engineering standards. Key Requirements Consulting Background: Proven track record as a billable, client-facing specialist within technical consulting or professional services. AI & GenAI Expertise: Deep technical experience designing LLM workflows, RAG systems, and autonomous multi-agent systems (orchestration, reasoning, and tool use).

Cloud & MLOps: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern MLOps pipelines. Low-Code/No-Code Tools: Familiarity with agent builder frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex, Flowise) is highly preferred. Domain Knowledge: Previous consulting or direct experience within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management) is preferred.
