Agile Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager 11/07/2025 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary: The Agile Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager is responsible for leading high-impact technology service delivery and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. This hybrid role ensures seamless execution of agile practices, project management discipline, and strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical leader with strong communication skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery across agile teams to align with business objectives and customer expectations. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance standards. Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices.

Manage and prioritize team backlogs, track sprint progress, enforce WIP limits, and ensure timely delivery of quarterly commitments. Develop and deliver performance reports and governance updates for leadership and stakeholders. Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget using agile or traditional project management methods.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business units to ensure strategic alignment. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues and dependencies. Maintain documentation for service delivery processes, onboarding materials, and governance records.

Drive process improvements and implement lessons learned from retrospectives and maturity assessments. Monitor contract consumption, manage project pipelines, and ensure proper reporting through platforms like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management, including 3+ years in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent). Experience managing global or enterprise-scale technology initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
