Position: Agentforce Developer Location: Dallas, TX Long Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce development expertise with a passion for AI-driven automation to build scalable, autonomous solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered agents using Agentforce Builder Build and customize business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows Integrate AI agents with Salesforce data, APIs, and third-party systems Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize agent responses and actions Automate workflows and business processes using AI-driven decision-making Test, debug, and optimize agent performance for accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define use cases Ensure security, scalability, and compliance within Salesforce environments Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI agents Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows) Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent-based systems Experience with prompt engineering or AI tools (preferred) Knowledge of Salesforce data models and security architecture Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Certification in Agentforce
