This role is ideal for a career-oriented professional with a strong background in insurance or financial services who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values leadership and accountability, and understands how to motivate individuals while maintaining a positive and growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across sales and customer service functions Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales and service team Help develop team members through motivation, accountability, and individualized coaching Foster a positive office culture centered around growth, professionalism, teamwork, and customer experience Assist with sales strategy, production goals, and performance management Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide exceptional customer service Monitor workflows, office organization, and operational standards Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts for new team members Ensure compliance with agency procedures, company standards, and industry regulations Help identify strengths within team members and maximize each individuals potential for success Qualifications Prior management experience in sales and customer service required Insurance or financial services industry experience required Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to motivate and develop a team Comfortable managing multiple personalities and working styles Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Goal-oriented with a positive and growth-minded attitude Licensing experience or active insurance licenses are a plus What Were Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that successful leadership is about developing people, creating strong culture, and helping a team succeed together.
