Advisory Key - Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst - Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst to support the definition and launch of a strategic Client Portal initiative within the Asset Management industry.

You will play a key role in shaping product vision, defining business requirements, structuring the MVP and roadmap, and building a delivery-ready backlog while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis and product framing activities.

Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Define user journeys, personas and business processes.

Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog.

Write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Support MVP definition and release planning.

Coordinate with UX/UI, architects, developers and data teams.

Drive prioritization and scope management based on business value.

Support testing, business validation and go-live activities.

Required skills

7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.

Strong experience in Asset Management.

Experience with Client Portals, Investor Portals, CRM or Digital Platforms.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Experience managing backlogs and defining product roadmaps.

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge business requirements.

Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Fluent English and French.

Nice to have:

Salesforce experience.

Knowledge of investment reporting and client reporting solutions.

Experience with secure portals, SSO, MFA and access management.

Understanding of regulatory reporting environments.
