Job Description Job Description The Opportunity Our client is a premier shared-services provider dedicated to the success of independent financial advisors. In the Advisor Affiliation Manager role, you aren’t just "filling seats"—you are the architect of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will identify, vet, and affiliate high-caliber advisors into a sophisticated ecosystem of RIA, TAMP, and brokerage solutions.

At a Glance Compensation - $100,000 base + $60,000 commissions Location - Atlanta, GA 30345 Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, as well as 401(k), 15 days PTO, Short & Long Term Disability, and AFLAC Client Facing - Engaging With Qualified Advisors Focus -Advisor Affiliation & Pipeline Management Your Impact You will own the full-cycle recruiting journey, acting as the face of the company’s "Culture of Independence" and the company vision. Build the Pipeline: Proactively identify and engage qualified advisor candidates who fit the client’s elite target profile. Due Diligence: Conduct mutual due diligence including coordinating and hosting home office visits.

Strategize & Close: Design and negotiate competitive affiliation offers that align with revenue goals. Be the Visionary: Deliver high-impact communications to demonstrate the unique value proposition of the RIA and TAMP offerings. Analyze Growth: Measure results (B/D revenue and RIA assets) to refine strategy and present quarterly forecasts to the Board of Directors.

Cultivate Networks: Manage critical relationships with third-party recruiters, Custodial BDOs, and Sponsor Wholesalers to keep lead flow consistent. Vendor Growth : Manage and grow relationships with third-party recruiting firms. Campaign Management: Assist in building and managing specific targeted campaigns collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders.

The Must-Haves: Experience: 5+ years in financial services sales or relationship management. Licensing: Active Series 7, 63, and 66 (or 65). Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Proven Results: A track record of growing advisor relationships and successfully closing complex business deals. Communication: Exceptional presentation skills—you can command a room and navigate high-level "due diligence" conversations with ease. Energy: High-speed, success-driven motivation suited for a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
