Advanced Engineering Manager at Dana

This position requires a passionate leader to supervise engineering teams focused on advanced technologies in Dana's e-Propulsion platform.

You will manage resource allocation, coordinate with various departments, and oversee technology development from initial concepts to final implementation. Contribute significantly to project timelines and benchmarks while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Guide engineers through the technology development lifecycle • Manage collaboration with product planning and sales teams • Drive project timelines and communication with stakeholders • Supervise CAE and CFD engineering needs • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and symposiums Requirements: • M.S. or PhD in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 10+ years in traction motor system design • 3+ years in managing engineering teams • Deep knowledge of electromagnetics and motor technology • Bilingual in French and English Lead Dana’s engineering team by managing advanced projects and fostering collaborative innovation in electric propulsion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
