Position: ADP Globalview SAP Payroll Analyst Duration: 12 Months contract Rate: CAD $60 to 65/hr The Payroll Sr Analyst is responsible for executing, analyzing, and supporting payroll processes of medium to high complexity. This role serves as a functional escalation point, ensuring the correct application of policies, internal controls, and regulations, as well as resolving issues that require technical analysis and specialized judgment. WHAT YOU WILL D OExecute and support end-to-end payroll processes .Analyze and resolve issues related to payments, deductions, taxes, benefits, and special adjustments .Review and validate payroll calculations, retroactive payments, off-cycle payrolls, and corrections .Handle employee payroll-related cases .Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits) to ensure proper case resolution .Participate in payroll close activities, pre- and post-payroll validations, and basi creconciliations .Document cases, processes, and exceptions in accordance with internal controls .Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose process improvements .Ensure confidential data handling and regulatory compliance .
