Job Description:

Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules:

• NPM (Network Performance Monitor)
• SAM (Server & Application Monitor)
• NCM (Network Configuration Manager)
• NetFlow / NTA (Traffic Analyzer)
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks
• Manage polling engines, additional pollers, and HA setup
• Configure proactive monitoring for servers, network devices, applications
• Define custom alerts, thresholds, and escalation policies
• Reduce alert noise via tuning and automation
• Develop custom dashboards and views for leadership, operations, and NOC teams
• Create reports on availability, performance, capacity trends
• Enable business service monitoring (BSM) views
• Integrate SolarWinds with:
• ServiceNow / ITSM tools
• Email, SNMP traps, syslog
• Develop automation using:
• PowerShell / API / scripts
• Enable auto-ticketing and event correlation
