Location - Bangalore (Hybrid) Shift Timings: Overnight Shift (6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Contract Coordinator to join our global Customer Contracts Team.Please note: This is a purely administrative and operational role focused on dataentry, organization, and inbox management. This is not a legal track or attorney position. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Legal Department.

Because we support a massive network of educational institutions and international office locations (including the US, Ireland, and India), working a consistent overnight shift (6:00 PM to 2:30 AM) is required to seamlessly collaborate with our global teams. Key Responsibilities Triage & Inbox Management Monitor and triage high-volume Legal Department email inboxes continuously.

Review correspondence from internal business stakeholders and external customers, determining the appropriate action or routing them to the correct contact. Data Entry, Tracking, & Repository Management Log incoming contract requests and critical details into the Legal team's tracking spreadsheet for complete workload visibility. Assist with updating, organizing, and maintaining a meticulous digital contract repository.

Run administrative reports on performance metrics to help the team monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Contract Lifecycle Support Assist Contracts Administrators with the administrative steps of the contract lifecycle, including tracking negotiations, routing for execution (signatures), and monitoring upcoming renewals. Obtain and verify necessary contract and legal documents, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Act as a helpful peer to internal teams, assisting them with the accurate completion of standard forms and documents. Global Corporate Governance Support Assist with basic corporate governance administrative tasks for domestic and international entity locations, specifically supporting our Ireland and India operations. Support the Legal Department with general administrative duties as assigned, including processing invoices, answering routine correspondence, and organizing documentation for dispute/litigation management.

What We Are Looking For (Hiring Criteria) Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, data entry, operations, or coordinator role. Experience within a corporate legal, procurement, or compliance department is a plus, but not required. Shift Availability: Unwavering capability and willingness to work a consistent overnight shift from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM to align with US/Global business hours.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills-someone who catches minor data entry errors, spots missing contract attachments, and loves a highly organized spreadsheet. Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically heavy Outlook email management and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional, polite, and clear emails to global teams and external educational clients.
