We are partnering with a well-established, international travel organization seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support a dynamic, multi-functional team. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly while coordinating across teams, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative requests and office operations Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, and general maintenance Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation and approvals Coordinate business travel, expense reporting, and internal programs Liaise with contractors and support office projects, including renovations Oversee company assets, inventory tracking, and general office organization Support internal events, employee initiatives, and workplace culture activities What We’re Looking For 3+ years of administrative, office management, or facilities coordination experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a culturally diverse/international environment
