Job Description
Enhance municipal development processes as an Administrative Development Coordinator with the City of Hamilton. Lead data tracking initiatives, records management, and create user manuals for staff training. Reporting to the Senior Engineer for Capital Planning, you will support the Growth Management Division.
This role involves overseeing administrative systems for development applications and compiling essential documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong database management skills coupled with organizational acumen. Key Responsibilities: โข Prepare and implement tracking systems for development applications โข Compose correspondence and analyze statistical data โข Coordinate preparation of manuals for development policies โข Assist in maintaining electronic data systems and user manuals โข Document processes for development applications and create flow charts Requirements: โข Completion of a three-year diploma in Computer Systems or Engineering โข Experience in database and records management โข Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software โข Effective written and verbal communication skills โข Knowledge of land development processes is an asset Utilize your analytical skills and database expertise to streamline development processes for the City of Hamilton. #J-18808-Ljbffr
