Administrative Assistant – Sales Administration

• Perform operational and commercial analyses to support the sales team's daily activities.
• Create and update spreadsheets, controls, and reports to monitor operations.
• Process, organize, and analyze commercial data and information.
• Support the preparation and tracking of commercial proposals.
• Conduct analyses related to pricing, commercial terms, and financial mathematics.
• Support the commercial team in organizing and tracking operational requests.
• Ensure information is up to date and consistent across the area's systems and controls.
• Interface with different departments to gather, validate, and monitor information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in the final stages in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Intermediate Excel skills, with a strong ability to work with data and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle operational tasks and multiple demands.
• Experience in the real estate market is a plus.
• Experience with financial and commercial analyses is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
