This casual admin support role offers a hands‑on introduction to key operations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Key responsibilities:

• Manage purchase order processing and tracking across multiple locations
• Follow up on stock movements and load sheets to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate Chep transfers and update records in real time
• Support day‑to‑day admin operations to keep workflows efficient
• Collaborate across teams and sites to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
• Complete stock transfers and adjustments as required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple site teams
• Hands‑on experience with purchase orders and stock movement systems preferred
• Availability for a shift Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and adaptable to multi‑site responsibilities
