Admin Support

AT Welding Services Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated, pro-active, detail-oriented and organised Admin Support professional to join our team in Griffith, NSW. This is a part-time position with a varied role that provides support across administrative and financial processes. You will provide essential support to our business, ensuring that our day-to-day activities are efficiently cared for.

This position is a support role, working alongside management to assist with the business functions, reporting directly to the Accounts Manager. You will be positioned on-site to support our team and day-to-day site coordination.

What you’ll be doing

The role includes assisting with financial administration and bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate records, tracking through task management system, supporting the preparation and coordination of systems and compliance processes of the management team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in administration, office support or business administration.
• Experience supporting bookkeeping or financial administration functions, including payroll.
• Experience using accounting and JMS software.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new applications.
• The ability to prioritise, manage and complete tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and the confidence to work independently whilst supporting the team.
• Current Driver’s License
