The Role
As our Admin Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the efficient and organised operation of our administrative functions.
This position is offered as a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave, providing an opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of administrative responsibilities while working closely with our team, Project Managers and external stakeholders.
You will oversee the day-to-day administration function, supporting and managing administration staff while ensuring key administrative, financial and office processes are managed effectively. You will work closely with Project Managers and operational teams and contribute to the smooth running of the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS and Environmental regulations, policies and procedures.
Leadership: Supervise and manage administration staff, coordinate meetings and events, and foster strong team relationships.
Project Management: Oversee the accounts email, invoices, office policies and supplies.
Technical Duties: Process invoices, reconcile statements, manage accounts payable, maintain records and handle personnel documentation.
General Support: Assist Project Managers and contribute across operations as required.
Other Duties: Undertake other duties and responsibilities within the scope of the Administration Manager role as required.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on office operations

Proficiency in office software and applications
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Commitment to timeliness, attention to detail and a strong safety focus
