Job Description
You will oversee the day-to-day administration operations of our Forest Hill clinic, working closely with the therapy team to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and families receive a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of all Administration operations.
- Lead, mentor and support the Administration team, including rostering and delegation of tasks.
- Oversee weekly scheduling, bookings, rescheduling and proactive filling of cancelled appointments.
- Manage billing, payment reconciliations, accounts receivable and outstanding accounts.
- Oversee NDIS claims, service bookings, patient intake forms and key administration processes.
- Ensure client records, communication and outstanding issues are accurately maintained in our system.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with therapists and clinic leadership to resolve issues, maximise productivity and support the smooth delivery of therapy services.
About you
- 3+ years' experience in a similar administration management role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day Administration operations and ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, training and developing team members.
- Strong experience in scheduling, billing, payment reconciliation and accounts receivable.
- NDIS experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with families, therapists and colleagues.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, CPR and First Aid certificates, plus a commitment to NAPA's values of LOVE, HOPE, GROW and SHARE.
