Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and general enquiries.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.

Assist with data entry and updating company information.

Coordinate office supplies and general office requirements.

Support managers and team members with administrative tasks.

Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders professionally.

Ensure administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

Provide general support to the team as required.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion when handling information.
