About The role

Insync Construction Group Pty Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper / Admin person to join our team in Banksmeadow, NSW. This administrative / Bookkeeper role will provide essential support to our busy operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

What you'll be doing

• Administrative and Book Keeping Duties covering 3 days per week (flexible)
• Providing a wide range of general administrative support, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and scheduling
• Undertaking all typical book keeping functions using Xero
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and responsive manner
• Coordinating logistics, such as travel arrangements and meeting coordination
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and task completion

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency in Xero
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
