About the role: 

• £12.75 per hour
• Mullinure Health & Wellbeing Centre, Armagh
• 37.5 hours per week
•  9am-5pm Mon to Fri, with 7am-3pm shift on rotational basis once trained
• Temporary - immediate start for 6 months

What youll be doing in this role:

• Maintain and update all records held within the Trust Home Care team to support the rostering of Home Care Assistants
• Extensive use of the telephone to contact staff to assist with ensuring work rosters are covered
• Contact clients and carers to keep them informed of rota changes or to deal with appropriate queries

What youll need for this role:

• 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification.
• AND  1 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role
• OR  2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel Spreadsheets, Word and Outlook
• Ability to use own initiative and prioritize own workload to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full
• Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment
