We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administration and help improve how we operate.

This role is not just task-based - we want someone who can think, suggest improvements, and help us build better systems over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Working with Google Sheets and Excel (cleaning, organising, basic formulas)
• Assisting with admin tasks across the business
• Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel
• High attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and improve systems
• Reliable and consistent
• Experience in operations/admin support
• Experience working with small businesses
• Process documentation skills
• A basic knowledge in Notion and Slack app
• Background in Architectural and Engineering is desired but not essential.
