What you will do
As finance and administration officer, you will manage finance tasks and support daily office operations.
You will work across finance, administration, facilities and procurement in a small team.
You will:
- process accurate invoices, journals, card reconciliations and expense reimbursements;
- help prepare clear financial reports and monitor spending against budgets;
- manage the general inbox, calendar, correspondence, phones and office support;
- coordinate smooth meetings, catering, facilities and work with contractors;
- manage procurement and follow strict financial and purchasing rules.
About you
You should have solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes. You should have experience with payments, reconciliations, journals and financial reports.
You should also have:
- advanced Excel skills and experience creating spreadsheets and databases;
- strong organisation and time management skills, with close attention to detail;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a clear telephone manner;
- a practical approach to solving problems and managing varied tasks under pressure.
