We're currently looking for an admin all-rounder. Someone with a passion for helping to build great things and a keen interest in how business works. 

\n This position is based at Dominant Music head office in Mitcham Victoria. This is a Part-time and/or Full-time position.

You'll be responsible for:
\n     • Accounts payable and receivable.

\n

    • Liasing with customers to ensure a high level of customer service.
\n     • Invoicing / crediting.
\n     • Order entry.
\n     • Debt Collection.
\n     • Incoming & Outgoing calls.
\n     • Maintaining clients/dealers accounts.
\n     • Coming up with ideas on how to improve what we do and help implement them!

\n You will receive training, and support and be a major part of a great team all working towards a common goal.

\n

Qualifications\n

\n

\n

Qualitfications in the areas of Business Administration and/or Book Keeping would be beneficial. Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.

\n

This position would suit someone who:

\n     • Is friendly, positive & can get along with a broad range of personalities.
\n     • Has great computer skills
\n     • Great phone manner
\n     • Shows attention to fine detail and shows pride in their work
\n     • Has a natural inclination towards great customer service and a 'can do' attitude at all times
