This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting consultations, and delivering excellent customer service across property & casualty and life/health lines. Key Responsibilities Prospect and sell P&C and Life/Health insurance to new and existing customers Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent follow-up Meet and/or exceed sales targets and performance goals Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and conversion rates Qualifications Experience with a proven track record of success in insurance sales (required) Strong sales skills: prospecting, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing Ability to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST Remote work experience and strong self-management skills Current or ability to obtain required state licensing for P&C and Life/Health sales Must be able to complete the CTS assessment prior to interviewing Preferred Skills Prior experience selling both P&C and Life/Health products Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools Knowledge of lead sources, appointment setting, and sales funnel management Familiarity with call scripting and performance coaching practices This is a remote position.
