Luxury RVs Queensland is seeking a motivated, driven and enthusiastic Accounts / Receptionist / Customer Experience individualto bring their knowledge experience and passion to a boutique Caravan Dealership.

Become an integral part and welcoming face of our premium caravan dealership on the Sunshine Coast.

Your role will cover mainly small business accounting which will include accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll for a small team.

Your role will also include some very basic reception work as well as providing an excellent customer service environment.

About the Role:

• Entering and Processing Day to day accounts.
• Manage incoming phone enquiries and customer communications.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultations.
• Collect and accurately record client information.
• Support the contract sign-up process.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
• Help ensure the showroom maintains a professional and welcoming environment.
• * Experience with Xero is essential.

About You:

• A warm, confident and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in accounts, reception, customer service, retail, design, or administration will be highly regarded.
• * A passion for the outdoors and anything Caravan and Camping is desirable.
