Accounts Receivable Technician

Mission I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for a company located in Laval.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Processing and recording customer payments

-Monitoring customer accounts and past-due balances

-Analyzing discrepancies between invoices, payments, and customer accounts

-Tracking and resolving customer deductions and claims

• Validate discrepancies and gather the information needed to resolve them
• Send reminders to customers and follow up on open cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to customer accounts
• Prepare any necessary adjustments, credits, or re-invoices

Your profile What We’re Looking For:

-DEP or DEC in accounting

-At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable

-Bilingualism (French and English)
