We're one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and we're looking for a Client Manager to lead the success of a portfolio of clients and own the outcomes we deliver for them. We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. We're looking for someone who puts clients first, takes ownership of their success, and wants to help build what comes next at Flowd. Direct the BDE and Data Engineer on the client requirements. Turn performance data into decisions: weekly forecasts, account-health scoring and in-flight campaign changes. Spot churn risk early, lead renewals end-to-end and close upsell opportunities with a value-led pitch. B2B experience in client success, account direction, sales or agency strategy ideally in outbound, SaaS or performance-led services. Fluency with AI, especially Claude, you can prompt, structure, critique and ship. Comfort with CRMs, Instantly, and modern outbound stacks.
