Job Summary

Support management in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with payroll processing, CPF submissions, and maintain HR records to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, leave administration, and general office operations to facilitate workforce management
• Manage petty cash, process staff claims, and track expenses to control operational costs
• Prepare detailed reports including project costing, monthly expenses, and yearly forecasts to support financial planning
• Assist with GST returns, audits, and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance
• Adhere to accounting procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain financial integrity
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support seamless financial and administrative functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements including CPF, GST, and tax filings
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
