Job DescriptionAccounts Administrator Our Manufacturing client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a hands-on role covering reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payments, month-end support and general financial administration. It would suit someone with 23 years experience who is confident working independently, takes pride in accuracy and enjoys managing a varied workload.
For you: Full-time permanent role. Fully onsite in South Wicklow. 40k DOE + pension. 20 days annual leave. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
Join a growing organisation in an evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Carry out regular bank, supplier, customer and credit card reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances and outstanding items.
Support day-to-dayAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivableactivities. Process payments, including multi-currency transactions. Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration.
Support Revenue compliance activities, including VAT and related submissions. Liaise with external accountants, advisers and other stakeholders as required. Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Manager across a range of finance activities.
Ensure financial processes and records are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes as the business continues to grow. About You: 23 years experiencein an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail. Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting processes. Practical experience with bank reconciliations and investigating account discrepancies.
An understanding of Revenue and VAT processes is an advantage. The ability to work independently, use your initiative and manage your own workload. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
