The Job

As Country Finance Lead, you are responsible for the financial administration, closing and compliance of one or more entities, ensuring reliable reporting towards the group.

• Own and manage the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness
  
• Maintain and control the general ledger, including accruals, journal entries and reconciliations
  
• Ensure local compliance, including VAT returns and statutory requirements
  
• Align local financials with group reporting, ensuring consistency and transparency
  
• Prepare audit documentation and support external audits
  
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure correct application of accounting policies
  
• Identify and drive improvements in financial processes and SAP systems
  
• Support and guide local finance team members, while acting as a sparring partner to the CFO and Group Controller
  

Your Profile
Must-haves

• 
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
  
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling
  
• Strong experience with financial closing and balance sheet management
  
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA Public Cloud)
  
• Experience with audit processes
  
• Experience in a group reporting or consolidation environment
