Accounting Manager

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to bring on a hands‑on Accounting Manager to support their Controller and help lead a team through a period of transformation and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into evolving environments, building structure, and making a real impact across accounting operations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor accounting staff, including direct oversight of Accounts Payable Support month‑end and year‑end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations) Oversee inventory accounting, including reconciliations and month‑end adjustments Review financials (P&L, balance sheet, GL) and perform variance analysis Ensure accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP Help improve processes and strengthen internal controls Support ERP transition efforts (Amtech/EnCore) and system improvements Assist with projects like transitioning from check payments to ACH What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of GAAP Manufacturing experience (inventory, raw materials, etc.) is a big plus Experience with ERP systems (Amtech/EnCore preferred) Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Why This Role?
