We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to play a pivotal role in our finance team during a critical phase of growth and integration. Responsibilities Oversee and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes across key balance sheet and P&L areas, including accounts payable, fixed assets, and prepaid accounts. Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, driving audit readiness and compliance across the organization. Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Manage the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring timely and reliable financial reporting. Conduct high-level analysis of balance sheet fluctuations and trends, identifying key drivers and areas for further investigation. Administer share-based compensation and oversee the implementation of ASC 842 accounting processes.
Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance. Qualifications Must-Have Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP with significant experience in complex accounting areas such as ASC 842 and ASC 718.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a high level of accountability. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft D365. Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing accounting professionals.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a national public accounting firm. CPA designation is highly preferred. Nice-to-Have Experience with acquisition integration and revenue recognition.
Familiarity with inventory management and three-way match processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
