Job Description
We're partnering with a growing Tech / SaaS company in Dublin to recruit an Accounting Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of four finance professionals while playing a key role in financial reporting, process improvement and supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
- Review management accounts and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Lead the external audit process.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Partner with senior leadership to support business performance.
About You
- 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience leading a finance team.
- Tech / SaaS or multinational experience.
- Advanced Excel.
- SAP, NetSuite or Oracle experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
