Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager opportunity with a growing fashion/apparel brand in LA. This will be the first in-house accounting hire, owning the GL, overseeing daily accounting, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the business as they grow. This is a hands‑on builder role with a clear path to grow into the Controller as you build out the internal team. The Snapshot: The Focus: High‑velocity inventory/cost accounting and reconciling omnichannel sales (DTC + Wholesale) between QuickBooks and inventory systems (CIN7 is a plus). GAAP experience preferred. The Profile: 5–10 years of experience, ideally matching Big 4 roots with startup grit. Has worked in a DTC/CPG/Product based company with a lot of moving inventory. They work hybrid in office 4x a week (Mon – Thurs) so being LA based is required. Position is budgeted at $110 – 130K base salary + bonus + benefits.
