Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Managing Accountant with at least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients. This onsite role in Tralee involves overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and offering strategic advice to clients. Strong technical accounting skills, client relationship management, and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting, financial, and business advisory services.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advise clients on tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
