Key Skills and Experience

We are seeking a highly professional, motivated, and enthusiastic Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have the relevant accounting qualifications, strong attention to detail, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

Ensure accounting systems operate effectively and accurately, including reviewing client accounts and financial statements.

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and interim financial statements for various clients.

Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.

Prepare cash flow statements and other financial reports as required.

Conduct audits, reviews, and financial checks to assess the accuracy, fairness, and completeness of financial transactions.

Provide accounting and financial advice relating to capital expenditure, internal controls, and taxation matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable company law, taxation legislation, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.

Monitor and assist with the preparation and management of annual budgets and balance sheet reconciliations.

Process and manage payroll using MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting documentation is properly maintained.

Communicate professionally with clients and provide timely responses to accounting and financial queries.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as reasonably assigned by management.
