The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance obligationsand supporting the day-to-day finance function across a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close processes including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and management accounts
- Manage statutory compliance obligations including BAS, payroll tax, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accuracy of financial data
About You
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant or Financial Accountant role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across reporting, compliance, and month-end processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
