What You'll Be Doing

You’ll become a trusted adviser to a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate every stage of their business journey.

Your work will include:

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Preparing BAS and IAS
• Tax planning and compliance advice
• Assisting with business structures and strategic planning
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Working closely with business owners to identify opportunities for growth
• Building long-term client relationships
• Working with Xero and cloud-based accounting systems
• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office

About You

You'll ideally have:

• A Bachelor of Accounting or related qualification
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience within public practice accounting
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Experience using Xero
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
