What you’ll be doing

• Working across tax, BAS, and compliance for a genuine variety of clients - not just one industry or one type of return
• Getting exposure to business structuring, superannuation, and wealth advice - not siloed into one narrow specialty
• Learning directly from experienced advisers and partners, not just a training manual
• Building real client relationships early, not years down the track.

What we’re looking for

• A completed or nearly-completed accounting/finance degree
• Genuine curiosity about how businesses and financial decisions actually work
• Someone who wants to build a career in regional NSW - not just a stepping stone to the city
