Senior Account Manager - Leeds / Sheffield Established over 10 years ago, our client is a market-leading legal services & technology provider, growing rapidly across the UK. They are a multi-award-winning organisation, working with a range of law firms & solicitors to streamline and boost efficiency across a range of processes. Following a period of high-growth, they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
This is a key role for building & maintaining client relationships as well as driving revenue through upselling & cross-selling. they have recently acquired another organisation help elevate their services & offering even further. This is a hybrid role for candidates based in the Leeds / Sheffield area. Build & maintain long-term relationships with a range of new and existing clients (through email, telephone, online meetings and in-person meetings) Manage client onboarding & training as well as long-term product support Regularly work with clients to ensure theyβre getting as much out of the software as possible Effective CRM system management 4+ years B2B account management experience ~ Experience selling into law firms or the wider legal industry is essential ~ Senior Account Manager Package ~ Car allowance ~ Private medical cover ~ Access to EAP ~ Pension options ~25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
