Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established gifting brand on the search for a Senior Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Leeds. As the Senior National Account Manager, you will lead one of the UKβs most significant and high-profile high street retail partnerships.
This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role managing a flagship account undergoing rapid growth and transformation, offering the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact at scale. You will act as the strategic and operational lead, delivering a full end-to-end category management service while building strong, influential relationships across a complex customer organisation. Own the day-to-day delivery of the account business plan, including sales, profitability, and cost management Support the delivery of long-term strategic plans and contractual commitments Market insights and performance analysis Own brand product development Store-level ranging and optimisation Build and manage strong relationships with the lead retail buyer for the core store estate Act as a trusted partner and βgo-toβ contact across multiple commercial teams, channels, and categories Line manage and develop Account Managers across additional channels (e.g. franchise, outlet, international, e-commerce) Has significant account management experience with large, demanding retail customers.
Brings a strong track record in category management and commercial delivery. Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Has proven leadership experience, including line management.
