Job Description
The Account Management role involves overseeing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our HVAC services. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their HVAC needs. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of HVAC services according to client needs. Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in account management or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HVAC systems and services. Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
