Job Description

Moving Station partners with senior living communities to support residents during the transition from their current home into a community. Through our Moving Made Easy program, communities can offer residents access to a dedicated Personal Relocation Manager (PRM) who provides individualized support around downsizing, home sale preparation, and move coordination. Moving Station acts as a value‑added extension of the community sales process, helping reduce friction and making transitions easier for residents and their families. The Role The Account Manager is responsible for driving awareness, trust, and adoption of Moving Station’s Moving Made Easy program at the community level after the partnership has already been established. The primary goal of this role is earning the trust of on‑site community sales teams who are the key influencers of the program’s utilization among their future residence. What You’ll Do Build trust, relationships and credibility with the community’s sales and leadership team Drive consistent use of the Moving Made Easy program through education and follow‑through of initiatives Deliver on‑site and virtual group presentations for sales teams and residents Create strategy regarding messaging and content to further equip our client communities with tools to hit their sales goals Ensure important details regarding the future residence, who are working with a Personal Relocation Manager, are being shared with the community. Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate insights to leadership Who You Are Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented Skilled at earning trust with skeptical or protective stakeholders A clear, confident communicator and presenter Persistent without being pushy or sales‑driven Proud of follow‑through and closing the loop Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, partner success, program management, or similar roles Strong presentation and communication skills Proven ability to influence front‑line teams High level of organization and accountability Familiarity with CRM systemsAbility to work hybrid in our downtown Chicago office.
