About the role Role Title: Executive Assistant Office Manager Salary Range: £37,000 - £50,000 (DOE and Role) Location: London-based (Shoreditch) 4 Day a week company Monday at home / Tuesday to Thursday in the office No work on FRIDAY!
As the primary bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams, the Account Manager at GIFTA is a relationship-driven strategist. You will take full ownership of the client journey from initial feasibility to long-term growth driving proactive expansion through innovation while ensuring our campaigns consistently deliver high-impact ROI. GIFTA is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal delivery teams.
You will own the client relationship from pre-contract through to post-campaign growth, ensuring that every campaign not only meets but exceeds strategic goals while driving long-term brand loyalty. You are responsible for spearheading the Kick-Off call to align on strategic objectives and, most critically, driving proactive account growth. Responsibilities Proactive Account Growth: Spearhead the expansion of your client portfolio by identifying new opportunities through bespoke innovation sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and discovery calls.
Operational Governance: Orchestrate the end-to-end client onboarding process and lead the Kick-Off (KO) call to align on strategic objectives and influencer criteria. Strategic Communication: Establish long-term client communication frameworks and reporting cadences to keep GIFTA "top of mind". Pre-Sales & Feasibility: Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams during the pre-contract phase to determine campaign feasibility, delivery insights, and box content strategy.
Leadership & Mentoring: Directly supervise and mentor Account Executives to ensure campaigns meet high standards and stay on track. Reporting & Narrative Building: Synthesise campaign data into high-impact narratives that prove ROI and strategic goal achievement. Strategic Escalation: Manage complex client touchpoints by packaging issues with a clear "Problem + Current Status + Proposed Solution" format for senior leadership.
