Overview Are you passionate about creating impactful relationships and driving customer success? At Peoplevine, we help businesses - from member-based organizations to hospitality groups - build stronger connections with their customers and members through our innovative platform. We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager who can forge meaningful partnerships, deliver consultative support, and champion the growth of our customers.
You’ll work closely with decision-makers, providing tailored business reviews, strategic insights, and hands-on training to optimize their use of Peoplevine’s suite of tools. Through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, addressing key issues and helping our customers unlock their full potential. What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, owning customer health and retention.
Deliver strategic insights and tailored business reviews that drive adoption and help customers unlock the full potential of the Peoplevine platform. Lead engaging training sessions (on-site or virtual) to empower customers and their teams. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience. Advocate for customer needs, sharing feedback with our product and development teams to help shape our roadmap. What You Bring Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role - ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or member-based businesses.
A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify and maximize opportunities. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
