Description As Account Manager, you’ll act as the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll oversee projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything is executed on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll be trusted to manage client relationships, lead conversations, and keep workstreams moving forward. This isn’t a passive delivery role, you’ll be expected to think ahead, spot opportunities, and bring solutions rather than just updates. Leading client communications and building trusted, long-term relationships Writing clear, actionable briefs and aligning internal teams Managing timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects Collaborating closely with creative and delivery teams Identifying opportunities to add value and improve outcomes Supporting and mentoring junior team members Experience Experience in a creative or integrated agency Strong understanding of campaign delivery across channels Confident communicator with a personable, professional approach Proactive mindset.
