With expertise spanning managed IT support, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, backup, software licensing, hardware procurement, virtualisation, networking, and professional IT services, they are recognised for their customer-first approach, technical excellence, and long-term client partnerships.\n\nDue to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their Leicester office and play a key role in developing and nurturing existing client relationships.\n\nThe Role: Account Manager – Managed IT Services\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of business clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow revenue across managed services, cyber security, cloud solutions, and wider IT infrastructure services.\n\nYou’ll act as the trusted point of contact for customers, building strong long-term partnerships and working closely with internal technical teams to deliver strategic, value-led solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and develop relationships with existing business clients across a varied portfolio\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed IT support, cyber security, cloud services, backup, infrastructure, and software solutions\nConduct regular account reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence\nAct as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a smooth and proactive customer experience\nCollaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to provide tailored business solutions\nSupport wider business growth through strategic account development and commercial awarenessWhat We’re Looking For\n\nProven experience in Account Management within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions environment\nStrong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cyber security offerings\nExcellent commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage multiple client accounts strategically and effectively\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approachWhat’s On Offer\n\n£25,000–£35,000 basic salary\nUncapped commission structure\nHybrid working model based around Leicester\nClear progression opportunities within a growing and respected organisation\nSupportive and collaborative team environment\nComprehensive benefits packageThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation in the IT services market and genuine long-term career progression for ambitious sales professionals.\n\nSend you CV to or call Kylie on (phone number removed)
