Role Description We operate across 3 high-growth verticals: • Automobile Dealerships — Multiple locations across Odisha serving 2 lakh + customers • Education — Joharimall High School, CBSE (700+ students) • Business Consultancy our accounts function manages vehicle sales accounts, service revenue, spare parts billing, insurance & finance payouts, OEM claims reconciliation, school fee collections, payroll compliance, GST, TDS, and group-level MIS. This is not a routine accounts job.

This is a leadership role. --- ✅ What You Will Own: • Full accounts oversight across all JMG entities • Lead and mentor the accounts team across locations • P&L reporting, cash flow management & balance sheet hygiene • Financier reconciliation, DSA payouts & subvention tracking • GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit coordination • MIS reporting directly to the MD • Liaison with CA, banks, OEMs and government bodies Who We're Looking For: • CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5–10 years of experience • Prior experience in automobile dealerships or multi-entity businesses strongly preferred • Strong in Tally / ERP, GST filing, and financial reporting • Leadership mindset — someone who builds systems, not just processes transactions • Candidates based in Cuttack will be given preference ---
